Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Saint Germain Coffee & Co.. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and related issues for both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify customers of any significant delays when possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays.

3. Subscription Orders

For monthly subscription orders:

  • Orders are processed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly on the date of signup or a set billing date).

  • Subscription shipments follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time orders.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and up to date prior to each billing cycle.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your coffee as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

  • Supply chain issues

Saint Germain Coffee & Co is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saint Germain Coffee & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Please first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  • Then contact us, and we will do our best to assist

Replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Shipment Issues & Replacement Timing

If a replacement is approved:

  • Replacement orders will be processed within [3–5 business days] after approval

  • Shipping times for replacements follow standard delivery estimates

We reserve the right to limit or deny replacements in cases of suspected fraud or repeated claims.
