At Saint Germain Coffee & Co. , we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee products and experiences. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, replacements, and related concerns.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Saint Germain Coffee & Co, including but not limited to:

One-time coffee orders

Monthly subscription orders

Custom or bulk coffee services (including event favors)

Paid events, workshops, and coffee tastings
are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Replacement approval is at our sole discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement.
4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle
We do not issue refunds for forgotten or unused subscriptions.
5. Events & Coffee Tastings
All ticket purchases for events, workshops, and coffee tastings are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend:

Tickets may be transferable (if applicable)

In certain cases, we may offer store credit or rescheduling options at our discretion
6. Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom orders (including branded coffee, event favors, or bulk purchases) are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun or the order has been completed.
7. Discounts & Store Credit
In select situations, we may offer:

These are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitations
We reserve the right to deny replacements, credits, or future service in cases of:
